Payment
We welcome Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. If you wish to pay cash you will be asked to complete a cash rental application and pay a security bond plus the rental in advance.

Surcharge applies to 1 and 2 day rentals peak season surcharge may apply.

Drivers Licence
All drivers must be nominated on the rental agreement and must produce a valid Australian or overseas drivers licence that they have held for a minimum of three years. Drivers must be between 21 and 75 years for group 1 to 8 cars and between the age of 30 and 75 years for group 9 to 13 cars.

Insurance
Subject to all items of the rental agreement being met, full insurance cover is included in the rates. However, an excess will be applicable and C.D.W. may be taken to reduce this excess. (Drivers aged 21-24 by arrangement, pay a surcharge of $10 per day and remain liable for a non-waiverable excess.)
Renters are reminded that the underbody and overhead damage is a renter's risk, and all insurance is void if vehicles are driven on unsealed or unmade roads or surfaces or outside of area of authorised usage defined on the rental agreement.

Stamp Duty
A State Government Stamp Duty applies on all rental agreements.

Fuel
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned full otherwise a $20 refueling fee plus the cost of the fuel will apply.

Cleaning
Vehicles must be returned in a clean condition, any excess internal or external cleaning plus loss of use will be charged to the hirer.

Rental Duration/Late Return/Extensions
A Rental Day is a 24 hour period from the commencement of Rental. Late return of vehicles will be charged at 1/3 of daily rate for every hour late. Intention of returning late must be notified to our office, otherwise insurance cover ceases. Extensions must be notified in advance to our main office to maintain insurance cover.
